Residences range from one-bedroom homes to multi-bedroom penthouses, with floor-to-ceiling glass and private terraces facing the lake, the Capitol, or the downtown skyline. The amenity program is one of the largest on Rainey: multiple pool decks, a sky lounge, fitness center with yoga and Pilates studios, spa treatment rooms, owners' lounge, screening room, dog park, golf simulator, and 24-hour concierge. The location places residents directly on the Lady Bird Lake trail with the Rainey bars and the Convention Center within a few blocks. Pre-construction and early resale activity has been some of the most competitive on the street.
