The Shore

The Shore is a 12-story, 195-unit condominium at 603 Davis Street, completed in 2007. It was the first residential building on Rainey Street and effectively launched the neighborhood's transformation. Residences range from compact one-bedroom layouts to penthouse-level homes with terraces overlooking Lady Bird Lake and the downtown skyline. Amenities include a resort-style pool deck, fitness center, business center, owners' lounge, dog park, and 24-hour concierge. The building sits at the southern end of Rainey, directly across from the lake and the hike-and-bike trail, with the Rainey bars, food trucks, and music venues a block north. The lower floor count, mature HOA, and waterfront orientation give it a quieter, more established feel than the newer towers on the street, and pricing typically reflects that.
