Under construction at 300 and 301 Pressler Street, the project brings Viceroy Hotels & Residences' first residential address in Texas to Old West Austin. The 146-residence community is designed by KTGY with interiors by Kim Lewis Designs and is planned with one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, larger penthouses, private outdoor spaces, and direct access to the Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail. Completion is currently scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027. Pricing, plans, and delivery timing remain subject to change during construction.
