Austin City Lofts

Austin City Lofts is a seven-story, 92-unit loft building at 433 West 5th Street, completed in 2004 by CWS Capital Partners. It was one of downtown Austin's first true loft developments. Residences range from compact one-bedroom layouts to larger two-bedroom units and a small number of penthouses, with exposed ductwork, polished concrete floors, and oversized windows.
